Hello, I’m Vanessa, a licensed psychologist originally from Portugal.
Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Coimbra, specialising in Cognitive-Behavioural Interventions for Psychological Disorders and Health.

After gaining valuable experience in Portugal, I relocated to Amsterdam in 2023, where I contributed to Dutch specialised mental health services. Now, I'm happy to bring my expertise to private practice.

I value a compassionate and tailored approach to each person's unique set of needs and goals. It's important to me that my clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate this journey.

I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, emotional distress, relationship challenges and life adjustments and transitions.
